Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Relentless Fitness client hub (the "app"), operated by Marvanova Ltd on behalf of Relentless Fitness. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password secure, and not share your account. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
2. What the app is for
The app is a private hub for clients of your coach to view training plans, log progress, and take part in a members' community. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Acceptable use
When using the community and other features, you agree not to: post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing or offensive; impersonate others; upload anything you don't have the right to share; or attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload (such as community posts and progress photos). By posting in the community, you allow your coach and other community members to see that content within the app. You're responsible for what you share.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep the app running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we may update, change or pause features from time to time.
6. Intellectual property & restrictions
The app and all of its software, source code, design, layout, structure, branding, text and other content (excluding content you upload yourself) are the property of Marvanova Ltd and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose only.
You must not, and must not allow anyone else to: copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of the app; reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of the app, except to the limited extent this restriction cannot be excluded by law; modify, adapt or create derivative works from it; resell, sublicense, rent or otherwise commercially exploit it; remove or obscure any proprietary or copyright notices; or use the app, or any part of it, to build, train or assist a competing product or service. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
7. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from its use. Your training decisions remain your own, taken with your coach and, where needed, medical advice.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the app and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England & Wales.
